Pet Policy
The Terraces at Northridge accepts both cats and dogs! Dogs must be less than 80lbs and of non-aggressive breed. The community requires a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 and a full months rent as a refundable deposit. The monthly rent for all pets is $20.00.
